Okay we all have been there…
Struggling to get the gym routine in and it is so hard to come up with a good time to go.
Wake up early, go after work, go before happy hour with friends, go before you have to take all the kids to school. Go early or stay up late and then be tired in the morning? “I really don’t want to wake up even earlier to round brush my hair after the gym.”
The struggle bus is real, girl friend.
Realistically, we can only fit so much into our days. And if your like me or probably the rest of us, when you add something like gym time, something else has to go.
Who else ends up going to dinner with friends hiding under a sweaty hat and still in yoga pants??? Cause realistically it is that or skip gym to go eat nachos… now you feel double bad.
